Cornish Tin Mines
The landscape of Cornwall is dotted with ancient tin mines, they now have world heritage status, and I just love to paint them. They are hauntingly beautiful.
These Tin Mines have become known to more people thanks to the BBC’s adaptation of Poldark, as the lead character is trying very hard to make a success of his Tin Mine. I am delighted that these buildings now have a higher profile and people are interested in visiting them when they come to Cornwall.
