Postage and Packaging
- There are currently no postal charges for sending your items via Royal Mail 2nd class to any address in the UK.
- Whilst Royal Mail advise they will try to deliver within 3 days from postage, sadly this quite often is not the case, so please allow plenty of time for delivery, as this is out of my control.
- All items are enclosed in a cellophane package and a protective envelope, depending on the item being sent.
- The higher priced items will be sent using Royal Mail’s Tracking option. Your email address will also be shared with the Royal Mail in order to utilise their tracking services., and allow you to edit your delivery options i.e. leave in a safe place.
- If this is a problem please contact me for a specific delivery time, although this will incur an extra charge.
- Should you live in either the TR15 or TR16 areas of Redruth, Cornwall, you have the option to collect the goods yourselves, view the items prior to to purchasing and to pay cash on delivery. If this is available, this shipping options will appear after you enter your address to pay cash on delivery.
- We do not ship any paintings that are framed with glass, this is due to high shipping costs and the risk of breakage. We would advise framing locally or alternatively to collect the goods direct from us, please contact us to discuss this further.
- There are a very small selection of paintings that have already been framed, however this framed option is only available if you are within a 20 mile radius of Redruth. These paintings can be purchased unmounted though, for you to buy your own frame.
