Terms and Conditions

Payment

  1. Customers can pay by PayPal or Cash if able to collect.
  2. Payments are only accepted in pound sterling.
  3. Goods will only be dispatched once receipt of cleared funds.

Availability

  • All items are subject to availability and are sold on a first come first served basis.
  • All items are quality checked prior to despatch. In the event that we discover a painting is damaged or unavailable prior to despatch, we will notify the buyer as soon as possible via email and issue an immediate refund.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. In this event a full refund will be issued immediately.

Delivery

  • All ordered goods will be delivered to the address supplied by the buyer.
  • If the buyer refuses to take delivery of the goods for any reason other than obvious damage to the packaging upon delivery, all expenses incurred by the seller for the delivery and the return of the items will be withheld from any refund to which the buyer may be entitled.
  • If the buyer is not present when the Royal Mail attempts to deliver the goods, the delivery driver will leave it in a safe place. For any items over £10 Tracked 48 service will be used and you will receive email notification of despatch, together with the option to leave the package in a safe place. If Royal Mail are unable to delivery to the address given the goods will be returned to the seller then all costs associated with returning the goods and arranging another delivery will be charged to the buyer.

Cancellations / Returns

  • The buyer may return the items they have bought for any reason within 14 working days of purchase. The buyer will be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price of the item and all shipping costs.
  • When an order is cancelled by a buyer, they must notify the seller of their intention to cancel the order and return the goods. This notification should be conducted by phone, email, or in writing, within 5 days of the original order being placed by the buyer.
  • Unwanted goods must be returned to the seller within 14 days of delivery.
  • Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from receiving the item.

Damaged Goods / Insurance Claims

  • If damage to the painting is evident upon delivery the buyer should refuse to accept the goods, signing the delivery documents and requesting that Royal Mail return the goods to the seller.
  • If damage is discovered by the buyer after accepting and unpacking the goods, the buyer should notify the seller immediately by phone or email detailing the type and extent of any damage. the seller will arrange collection and return of the goods via Royal Mail using their Tracked 48 service.
  • All original packaging must be returned to the seller with any damaged items.
  • We will not pay for any third party delivery/collection charges unless agreed in advance.

Miscellaneous

  • The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
