The Pendeen area has been named The Tin Coast, due to the tin and copper mining activity in the area. This area is also part of the Cornwall Mining World Heritage area. In the summer the sun sets across the sea and and in this painting it has created that atmospheric feeling.

The painting is currently housed in a wooden frame measuring 398 x 316 mm, with a 40mm cream mount. Due to the high risk of glass breakage in the post, the fully framed piece is only available for collection or local delivery within 25 miles of Redruth.
National Shipping (Unmounted)
If you are located further away, I am happy to ship the artwork unmounted, the size is 208 x 180 mm. This ensures the piece arrives in perfect condition and gives you the freedom to choose a frame that matches your decor. I suggest a standard A4 or 14 x 11 inch frame, however a 16 x 12 inch frame with a wide mount would give the piece a premium feel.
