An original watercolour painting of a the view of Gwithian from a very misty Godrevy! This was painted on location at Godrevy and is a little bit different to my usual style.
This was painted on what had started out as a lovely sunny July day. We had packed up a picnic and the plan was to sit relaxing, enjoying the sunshine, the view, have something to eat, enjoy a beer and eventually the sunset. However as sometimes happens at Godrevy, from nowhere the clouds rolled in, the misty dropped down and all we could that was left was a very misty view of Gwithian opposite! I just had to try and capture the scene.
