Original watercolour painting of Holywell Bay, with the Gull Rocks taking centre stage, painted using Gesso to give the waves depth.
Holywell Bay is a beautiful, peaceful spot situated between Perranporth and Newquay. The first time I visited the beach I fell instantly in love with the bay. I did some sketches on location and then relived my memory whilst painting this picture.
This large painting is supplied unmounted (269 x 361mm) for you to supply your own mount and frame.
