Now that my children are grown, I rarely visit the beach to sunbathe. Instead, I prefer to sit and look down from above. I love to see families enjoying our beautiful coastline during the summer. Gunwalloe Cove is a truly lovely spot for this.
On the day I inspired this piece, the sound of children’s laughter filled the air. It was a perfect summer day. I wanted to capture that joyful scene forever with this Gunwalloe Cove painting.
Framing and Dimensions
This original artwork measures 203 x 127 mm. It comes supplied with a mount to fit a standard 9 x 7 inch (230 x 180 mm) frame. You can easily purchase this size from most high street retailers.
However, this piece also looks wonderful in a larger frame with a wide border. For a bolder look, I suggest choosing either an A4 or an 8 x 10 inch frame.
