It is that time again where I shall be selling my paintings, cards, drinks mats etc at St Just Craft Fair. It will be running from Monday 3rd – Friday 14th August 2026 at Cape Cornwall School.
Limited parking is available but St Just has a free car park not far from the School and St Just is a lovely place to visit as well.
Raising over £1 million for Cancer Research
The Fundraising Group that do a massive amount of work to put on this Craft and Art Fair every August has raised a phenomenal amount since it first show in 1967. As time has gone on the Exhibition has expanded and now uses two halls in the school and has approx 250 local exhibitors each year making it probably the largest charity Arts and Crafts exhibition in the UK.
The Group has raised over £1,000,000 and are now working towards the next milestone of £2,000,000. The exhibitors are all extremely talented and, having helped on the cash desk, I know this is the place to start your Christmas shopping!
Paintings for Sale

As usual I will have my 6 x 6 Watercolour Cards for sale, they proved very popular last year. I have 40 available to buy and they are all original paintings and feature local scenes.
Also available will be Gift Tags. I have Large and Small Tags available in packs of 3, and individual tags, if you are looking for a specific location.

This year I have just 4 magnets painted using Acrylic. They are of my favourite local beaches.
- Sennen
- Godrevy
- Gwithian
- St Ives
I also have my ever popular drinks mats. These include my favourite local beaches; Godrevy, Sennen etc but also seascapes. My seascapes are all based on photographs I have taken in and around West Cornwall. The drinks mats, or coasters, are cork and have a gloss varnish applied to protect them from hot liquids.
I also have a small range of mounted and unmounted paintings. These do include my recent experiments in abstract acrylic seascapes, but other classics that do of course include Godrevy!
Printed cards
I also have a range of 6 x 6 printed cards that feature my favourite paintings. These have been chosen via a poll on Facebook, so hopefully they prove popular. I still have a small amount of my larger A5 cards, again of local scenes.
Also included is a funny Christmas Card of Santa getting stuck in the Engine House at Wheal Uny Mine. This isn’t a painting of mine but it is an original photograph. One of those rare times when Redruth gets some snow. I just added Santa’s boots in photoshop!
Might see you there?
I shall be helping out on the Sales Desk on a couple of days, so please come and say hello. Hopefully buy some of my paintings or cards as well.
